So I was tagged by Irel on this one. Geezz what else is there to say about myself when i basically write everything in my blog and in my journal. Haha! And what else is there to see when my face is all over my blog. LOL! I post pictures every now and then you know.

i told yah, my face is all over! this should be “the faceS behind the blog” don’t get me wrong, i don’t love my face that soo much, just that i love collages hehe (excuses! :P)

Well, well, let’s get down to real business now. My birth name is Lany. You should now have a hint why i go by the nick Ylan. I have five sisters and I’m the second from the eldest. Growing up, i tried to be a very good student. I thought that getting a better education will improve my life, our lives. I’m not born to affluent parents. I have my fair share of difficulties in life. (life’s still difficult ’till now actually heheh). I always get things the hard way. But then again, an old cliche says, things that are hard to bear are sweet to remember. Indeed it is!

Last weekend was a blast. Me and my friends went to Kota Beach in Bantayan Island. It’s a 2-3 hour-bus ride from North bus terminal to Hagnaya plus another hour of ferry ride. The trip was very okay since it was very sunny. No motion sickness for me to worry Unfortunately though, I suffered hyperacidity after our dinner. I freaked out, i almost cried for my tummy hurts badly. I failed to bring along some medicine and no pharmacy was open in the vicinity. Thanks to the “white flower” liniment (that i only brought) and for Macelle and Mellany’s massages, it saved me through the night. For the most part of the trip, it was a very enjoyable one. I can’t wait to go back! Special thanks to Alfer for showcasing his photography prowess! Naks!

I watched the movie Harry Potter: Order of the Phoenix last night. I won’t utter any of my opinion regarding the movie since i’m really not following the sequels by heart. Heheh. I’ll leave that part to all the HP avid fans out there. However, i have one thing to blurt. I don’t like Harry now that he’s big! I like him better when he was still a kid.

Today is my scheduled annual physical exam. This is a requirement in the office and i’m happy that i’m already done with it a few hours ago. I went through the tests smoothly unlike last year which was horrible. I get to pee immediately for my urine sample then the nurse took my blood sample at once. The nurse last time had to draw blood from both my arms. It was painful and my arms were swollen for days. I finished the exam today in just an hour or so. Hurray!

Anyways, back to my title. I was watching Games Uplate last night and the sexy host (Jaymee Joaquin) said she idolized Kurt Cobain and that he was the husband she never had. As for my case, actor Collin Farrell is the husband that i never had. LOL!
