sweet tooth

I love chocolates. I can eat as much as i can. I chew it like i’m just eating bread or rice. I could eat more if only i’m not thinking about the amount of fat i take. Chocolate cake, chocolate flavored ice cream, anything chocolate. Because i consume a lot of these stuff, i probably just need a weight loss pill too. I never lose a single pound since i started gaining weight. Isn’t that frustrating how easy to gain weight but too hard to lose? Maybe because i don’t exercise as well. I know, i know, my bad.
Thanks to my friends from Michigan for the chocolates. Thanks for remembering us - even the simplest gifts are very much appreciated.

Posted on Jul 24, 2009 under blahs, my thoughts with infos | No CommentA little trip down memory lane… when i first enrolled in college, i was a computer engineering student. Not my first choice but because of one head teacher who suggested it. So, during the second semester, i took cad drawing class on my first year instead of taking the usual manual drafting class. I sucked in manual drawing anyway. I could not even make a smooth circle using a compass. LOL! The next year, summer, i decided to shift to electronics engineering. I was worried at that time if my computer drawing class would be credited because i did not take the manual drafting level 2. To make the story short- it was credited (to my relief) and my skills was even enhanced because i worked in the computer lab. Sad to say, all that i’ve learned came to oblivion now.

hair makeover
Posted on Jul 20, 2009 under blahs, my thoughts with infos | No CommentToday’s Monday and we’re hitting the 3rd week of July already. Whew! Time flies so fast and though in some ways i don’t like it, part of me is still excited because we have lots of non-working holidays in August. Over the weekend, i desperately think i need some diet pill that works effectively. I was just at home but was having some hair makeover. My neighbor who does my hair would just come visit me at home and do her thing at our house. I like it this way because it’s more personalized. After some hours of ironing, washing, conditioning the hair - my hair’s finally done! I wish i have a photo to share but i don’t have any for the moment. My sisters were all saying - you’ve got nice hair already but maybe you should trim down your weight as well. Ok, needless to expound, i fully understand what they’re insinuating. Hmmppp! Anyways, i’ll flaunt my new hair next time.
on childhood
Posted on Jul 20, 2009 under blahs, my thoughts with infos | No CommentA little earlier, few of my colleagues and I were exchanging emails about some childhood memories. The outdoor games we used to play and the fun that accompanied it was incomparable. It’s a pity that kids of today’s generation don’t get to enjoy some of these games anymore. They’re confined to playing computer games which i think is not healthy. I so remember how would i end up so tired in the evening from all the runnings and playing. The hide and seek game with my friend who lived near an agricultural area was always fun. The stock of horse supplements was even one of our hiding place. It’s funny that when we talk about those childhood games, we realize just how old we are. LOL!
My childhood days were fun. We were poor and I do lots of house errands but it never stopped me from playing. I got dirty, i got bruises, i got scars. But i wouldn’t exchange my childhood experiences for anything!
