I am still in pain. Stomach pains that is. It started last weekend during our section summer outing. Until now the pain is still agonizing. Yes, it has subsided a little but the pains have reached to another level and it’s really, really killing me. How I would just want to lay down still and do nothing. I’m even afraid to eat something for it might just get worst.

No it’s not a case of indigestion or food poisoning or diarrhea. I’m suffering from reflux esophagitis. Can’t explain in details but you may want to look it up if you’re curious. Based on my readings, some ways to prevent it from happening is to eat small meals and avoid spicy and fatty foods.

I should really consider cleansonix when I feel a little better. It would probably be a good idea as part of my goal to start off a good diet.

It really pays not be a glutton. Now I realize that. Big time! Lol!

I was busy cleaning the house last weekend. I had to segregate things that need to be thrown away already. It’s still pretty messy out there. Still unfinished but I’m getting there, at least until I get back next weekend.

Browsing though old albums and knickknacks when my mother commented that my younger sister didn’t have any picture during her graduation day in college. Told her it must have been just stored somewhere. She insisted there was none. Well, that’s sad. Pictures are one of our keepsakes during momentous events. So now, I had to look for my sister’s diploma. At least there’s something she can really keep.

But housekeeping will resume next weekend yet. Why not this weekend? If weather permits, I’m going to Camotes Island with my coworkers to conclude summer. Wanna go with us? We do welcome guests to join in.

My friends in Michigan are going to Holland (Michigan) this weekend. I’m kind of envious because i would have wanted to see the lush tulip plantation in this side of the state myself. Plus, it’s always nice to travel with a group of friends. I’ve heard they will be renting a bigger vehicle so they could just drive and ride all together. I guess it would all be easy knowing that roadside assistance plan can sure be of help if anything happens.

I won’t be able to see the nice view of the flowers, but i’d be more than happy to see the pictures when they get back. If i have a chance to be assigned in MI again, i’ll make sure i’ll get to visit Holland, as long as the time and weather permits. Or better yet, i’ll go to Holland, (The Netherlands) the country! Lol! Must be more abundant tulips there eh?

Last last week, I accompanied a friend scouting for a ring that has her birth stone. There were lots of designs to choose from I could not decide what to pick if I were her. Different shades and different cuts, fortunately the stores didn’t have much designs for the stone ruby otherwise I would left home with a heavy heart because I’m not buying anything for myself and I’ll be just be imagining all those pieces of gems. Hahah!

There’s the 14k gold cross that struck my eyes though. Not sure if it’s because it’s holy week that left me wanting the pendant. One thing sure I would have bought it if I had the money.

I learned that my sister got a vaccine for cervical cancer for a price almost four times as mine. I wondered if there’s a major difference. Was mine incomplete? Was our type of vaccine entirely different? Why was her vaccine more expensive than mine? Does the brand matter? She said, it was what was being covered by their company insurance. I gotta inquire this with my agent for clarifications. Oops wrong, have to ask the nurse at the clinic when I get to work tomorrow since I don’t have my own agent. I looked at my health card but it’s not that helpful. No written notes about the vaccine only the dates. Seriously, the thought left me wondering.

And speaking of vaccine, I should have taken the flu vaccine this year. Runny nose here I go again! Huhuh.

I really don’t like it when i’m anticipating for something or if i’m anxiously waiting for something. It’s during these times that i get skin outbreaks. Just days before my trip to Singapore, i got pimples on my forehead and blackheads on nose that is definitely not pleasing to the eyes. And it doesn’t help that going to other places would mean me getting skin allergies of some sort. I can’t explain it but it does happen always. And when the trip’s over and i’m all home, the allergy would be gone in an instant. There must be an explanation for it only i can’t figure out. Lol!

Two people have invited me to enrol in fitness gyms already but to no avail. I’ve decline just the same. I don’t know. It’s probably me just being lazy or it’s probably because i’ve been to two gyms before and nada. I never finish any program and i won’t last a month. I just wasted my fees.

I never know that there are post-workout supplements one could take. That sounds awesome. If one would take both seriously, a very overwhelming result should deem be expected. Now, i’m having second thoughts. Then again, i’m always overthrown by my laziness. Duh! It’s pretty obvious you just have to know my weight. Lol!

Hello there! Seemed to be very quiet here lately huh?

I just got back (actually last night) from my vacation in Singapore (side trip in Malaysia). Again and again, thanks to all my friends for the very warm accommodation. My trip would have not been as wonderful without them.

Back and forth, it took me the whole day to arrange my things in my bag. Haha! Time consuming eh. Then i’m always reminded to have name tags for my bags. I remember getting those just when i don’t have the time already. The next travel, i should be more than ready.

I will detail the whereabouts of my trip in the next few days. You just have to wait ok?

I have the pictures already from my friends’ camera but i feel so lazy to post them yet so that has to wait, too. Gotta suspend your excitement. (As if, you are that interested to see the photos, LOL!)

My friends from the other side of the planet are starting to get out and enjoy the sun. Still a bit cold but it’s sunny already. Saw some pictures in England though they’re in the beach, they still have to sport some jackets as the winds is still chilly. And some friends in Michigan are a bit frustrated because it snowed again last week. Bummer!

But worry not! Days pass by quickly and soon you’ll realize you have to ditch those jackets and sport the cosiest shirt and pants you can imagine. It’s time to buy some new rocawear and strut your stuff in the park or in the malls or wherever.

Summer is almost over for us but when i get back from my getaway, i’ll make sure the nephews, nieces, cousins and I will have a fun time together in the beach! Hope they could pick where to go already.

Competition is everywhere. Survival of the fittest as they say. So to keep us at par with our respective disciplines at work, continuous education would be a key factor. But busy as we are with our careers, sometimes it would almost seem unimaginable and not doable to juggle up work and school at the same time.

But worry not, for those of you who are still seeking to go to school to further your studies, there’s an online university you can rely on. After all, everything is almost online nowadays.

Talk about online, i gotta check my college alumni’s site and see if there’s any changes to my graduates’ course curriculum. I just wish there’s an online university i can change school to. Motivation may kick in and i might just get back to my master’s degree. Just when i think about it, i get lazy already. Lol!
